¼ cup of Organic Gluten-Free Oats
½ serving of Protein (we used Egg White Protein)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ serving of favorite milk (we used Almond milk)
Favorite fruit for topping
Ingredients
¼ cup of Organic Gluten-Free Oats
½ serving of Protein (we used Egg White Protein)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ serving of favorite milk (we used Almond milk)
1/8 cup Almond Gingerbread Alskinny Granola
Directions
In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oats, protein, chia seeds, ¾ of the granola and milk
Stir well to combine
Cover the jar or container with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours)
In the morning, give the oats a quick stir, add remaining granola and enjoy!
