¼ cup of Organic Gluten-Free Oats
½ serving of Protein (we used Egg White Protein)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ serving of favorite milk (we used Almond milk)
Favorite fruit for topping
Ingredients
¼ cup of Organic Gluten-Free Oats
½ serving of Protein (we used Egg White Protein)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ serving of favorite milk (we used Almond milk)
1/8 cup Almond Gingerbread Alskinny Granola
Directions
Add oats, protein, chia seeds, half of the granola and milk to mason jar or any cup with a top. Shake well and put into fridge overnight
Next morning, shake container, add second half the Alskinny granola and favorite fruit for toppings. Enjoy!
